Definitions
Company : Refers to The Printing Lab Pty Ltd.
Customer : Refers to sole trader, company, partnership or individual purchasing any product or services offered by the Company.
Trade Discount
Trade prices are available upon request and subject to approval.
Additional discounts available on volume orders and subject to approval.
Orders and Payment
Payment is required before collection of any products or services unless trade agreement is in place. Credit terms are not available. The Customer agrees to pay any and all costs, fees, expenses, inclusive of commissions, legal expenses and disbursements incurred in obtaining or attempting to obtain payment of any overdue account. All products provided remain the property of the Company until final settlement of accounts.Copyright
All images provided by the Customer to the Company will comply with the Copyright Act 1968.
The Company will assume copyright is held by the Customer for all images and files provided.

Guarantee
Domestic use Products are carefully inspected before leaving the factory and carry a guarantee of 12 months from the date of purchase during which any defect caused by faulty material or manufacture will be corrected without charge. Damage due to normal wear and tear or improper handling will be excluded from the guarantee. Commercial useProducts are carefully inspected before leaving the factory and carry a guarantee of 3 months from the date of purchase during which any defect caused by faulty material or manufacture will be corrected without charge. Damage due to normal wear and tear or improper handling will be excluded from the guarantee. For clarification any products used as a display item in a shop front or areas of business are considered commercial use.Warranty Disclaimer
Warranty and liability is limited to the initial purchase price of product.
The Company does not warrant the suitability, functionality or operability of any product supplied specifically by the Customer to be used in the construction of any of the Company’s products.
Under the terms of this warranty, the repair or replacement of any part shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
If the product is on sold by a Customer then the Customer has no authority from the Company to give any additional warranty or guarantee on the Company’s behalf.
This warranty only applies provided that the product has been used under normal use and reasonable care (in the opinion of the Company) and such warranty does not cover damage, malfunction or failure resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse or used for a purpose for which it was not-designed or is not suited.
The Company accepts no additional liability pursuant to this warranty for the costs of travelling or transportation of the product to and from the Company’s factory.
